I remember being blessed by my participation in the JA program in Junior High and High school.  An experience I would not have had if it had not been for JA.  I started with First Tennessee Bank (now First Horizon), in 1987.  I became a JA volunteer and participated in my first JA Bowl-A-Thon as a captain in 1988.  For 25 years straight I participated in the Bowlin on the River event.  I ran into some health related issues and some changes in jobs and my participation dropped.  BUT!!!! Here I am excited and ready to support this great causes' 35th year of blessing lives all across America, but especially in the city where I was born and raised!
