All About Me

My name is Marian Richardson, wife and mother to 3 amazing kids, Mary Katherine, Madeline, and Michael. I work in HR at the City of Memphis and this is my first year as the Junior Achievement Coordinator for my division. I am supporting Junior Achievement because not only am I a JA alumni, but I would love for my kids to experience a non-profit youth organization that prepares them for success in their futures. Being able to learn valuable lessons about how leadership, education, and teamwork plays a major role in the success of business endeavors is what I hope all kids in Memphis will get to experience with Junior Achievement.
