Nancy Joselson
On our 55th year, we are thrilled to present Nancy Joselson as a first-time recipient of the Vicki Leeds Tananbaum, Founders Award. Nancy Joselson began working for Pediatric Cancer Foundation (PCF) in 1996 after a successful career with AT&T and as a fund raiser and board member of the YMCA. Originally brought on to help run the PCF Walkathon in New York City, Nancy felt inspired by families who had lost children to cancer and soon committed herself fully to PCF’s mission. Drawing on her corporate and nonprofit experience, she has since played a key role in bringing in corporate sponsorships, working with hospitals and doctors supported by PCF, and curated new board members. Nancy also founded the PCF Junior Committee, engaging high school students nationwide in the mission to raise awareness and funds. Nancy’s warmth and kindness has been a face for PCF and there is no one more deserving of this award. Today, as a PCF Board Member, Nancy continues to be a tireless advocate, mentor, and force for progress in the fight against pediatric cancer.

Joe Parello
With over 19 years in law enforcement, 13 years coaching youth sports, and a strong background as a small business owner, Joe Parrello is a trusted leader and mentor who has long supported PCF’s mission. Inspired by close friends who lost their battle to childhood cancer, he has fought tirelessly to raise awareness and funds for pediatric cancer research. His determination and compassion are infectious, and we are so thankful for his willingness to participate in every event we host.
