I hold the Giving Tree of Warmth in Haynie's Corner in December and it is important to see what more people need during the winter so that I can help provide those items.I am also running for County Commissioner in 2024 and want to understand how to better help the homeless population in Evansville

Aurora is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the homeless and near homeless in the Greater Evansville, IN area. Each year, it serves over 400 individuals: men, women, children and seniors.

48 Hours in the Life: The Homeless Experience Project is an Aurora event which aims to raise awareness towards the struggles individuals face when experiencing homelessness. This project is also a fundraiser for all of the programs that Aurora offers to help the men, women, children, and seniors who experience homelessness in our community. During this event, individuals from our community will give up their everyday lives and spend 48 hours on the streets and in shelters.
