Emma has had it tough since the beggining and has never stopped smiling along the way! at 2 months of age emma was diagnosed with covid 19 and had to fight for her life, she was in the childrens icu for about a week but thankfully she recovered and we are so grateful.
about a year and half later Emma was placed with the autistic diagnosis and once again she kept on smiling. Emma was non verbal for the first 2 and a half years of her life but she was placed in intensive ABA therapy and she now has a voice! We are very grateful and looking to help her grow even further!
raising this money will help emma gain a new tool to grow with her autism! anything helps and sharing her message goes a long way!
Thank you so much for your time!
Training a service dog to meet our child’s requirements can be very costly. On average it costs between $40,000-60,000 to raise, train, and place a service dog at 4 Paws for Ability. While 4 Paws for Ability fundraises to help cover a significant portion of this cost, families are tasked with raising $20,000 of that amount or $23,000 if receiving a poodle, doodle or papillon. We hope that we can receive assistance from our beloved family and friends to help make our service dog dream a reality.
