Crossroads Continuum is kicking off the summer with our 11th Annual 5K and Family Fun Day! We will be returning to Assabet Valley High School for a fun day celebrating the individuals and families we serve. We expect more than 700 runners, walkers, and family fun day participants to join us! After the run/walk, participants will enjoy food trucks, activities, entertainment, and a resource fair.
This year's goal is to raise $70,000. Funds raised by this event are essential as we continue to expand our programs to better serve individuals with autism and their families. Last year we opened our Discover Program and Elevate Center-Based Afternoon Program thanks to your generous support. This year, you will help us to continue to invest in our new programs, while strengthening existing programs like our school. With your support, we will fulfill our mission of providing a continuum of services and supports throughout an individual's lifetime.
