5K DASH Against Domestic Violence 2023

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM). In recognition of DVAM, we invite you to join us for Laurel House's annual 5K DASH Against Domestic Violence. Laurel House is dedicated to the vision of ending domestic violence in each life, home, and community. Come support and enjoy a crisp October morning run or walk along a certified course that winds through Upper Gwynedd Township and North Wales Borough.

Upper Gwynedd Township Building, One Parkside Place, North Wales PA 19454

Check-in / Registration: 7:30 am

5K Run/Walk Starts: 8:30 am

Awards: 9:30 am

There will be an overall award presented to the top male and top female finisher. Additionally, the top three (3) finishers in each age group below will receive a medal: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over.

Sign up as a team and invite your friends!

Family, friends and four-legged friends welcomed! There will be plenty of refreshments for all!

Please register by October 8th to be guaranteed an event t-shirt in your size.

All proceeds raised from the event will support Laurel House's domestic violence programs and services.
