How do I register for the race?

It’s easy! Click on the register tab at the top of the page and begin the simple online process.

 

How will I know that my registration went through?

You will receive a confirmation email.

 

Pre-Race Packet Pickup

Thursday & Friday, February 25 & 26,  4-8pm at Lakeland Regional Health Hollis Cancer Center, 3525 Lakeland Hills Blvd

Race Day, February 27, starting at 6am, Munn Park

 

How do I know what size shirt to get?

Do you need volunteers?

Yes! Volunteers play a critical role in our event. We need help setting up the event, covering the course on race day, passing out awards and more! For information, click here.

 

What is included in the registration fee?

Each participant will receive a technical shirt in advance and a participant medal upon completion of the race. Top finishers will receive trophies.

 

If I am not able to attend the race, can I get a refund or transfer my entry?

Entries are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

 

Are headphones, iPods or MP3 players permitted?

For safety reasons, we discourage the use of headphones and other devices.

 

Are pets allowed?

No pets or animals are permitted.

 

Is paper registration available?

Only on race day. Paper applications are available at packet pick up also.

 

Can I sponsor the race or a racer?

Is child care available?

Yes! Explorations V Children’s Museum will provide safe, educational activities for children while you participate in the Promise Run. Contact Explorations V directly for registration.

Who:     Kids ages 4-12

When: Saturday, Feb 27, 2016, 6-10 am (during Promise Run)

What:   Kid Fun during the run !  Relays and games, Museum Exploration (NEW Curious George Exhibit), Breakfast snacks

Will there be a Kids’ Run?

Yes! It’s free and registration will take place after the start of the 5K on race day in the Munn Park Registration Tent. Parents or Guardians must register each child to get their runners race number, which is required for the race. Finisher’s Ribbons will be waiting for each child at the Finish Line.

Registration for the Kid’s Run will take place at the Registration Tent in Munn Park after the start of the 5K. Kid’s Run will start after the completion of the 5K. Meet us at the Finish Line where further instructions will be announced.
