I’m thrilled to be participating in Care Dimensions 38th Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting Care Dimensions, Inc.! I’m passionate about this cause. Mom was a one of a kind, and very loved. Care Dimensions followed her wishes and she was not in pain. Now myself and other of her loved ones raise money to help those in Hospice care.
