Participants of the raffle agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The raffle drawing will be held at JA’s offices at 2:00 pm on July 1, 2016. Only those entries received by that date will be included in the drawing. Winner need not be present to win.
Employees of JA and their immediate families, as well as members of the JA Board of Directors are not eligible to win. Winner will be notified on July 1, 2016 and must claim their prize at JA’s offices during normal business hours prior to July 10, 2016 or the prize will be forfeited. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.
