As a graduate of Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in 2002, I started my career with GMACRFC in San Diego, CA specializing in the servicing of default mortgage loans. I handled Loan Modifications, Short Sales, Team Management as well as REO Sales. As an REO Asset Manager, I obtained my Real Estate license first in the State of Tennessee in 2008. After relocating to Michigan in 2013 and working for a large Michigan based bank, I left Default Mortgage Servicing in 2015 and returned to Real Estate in 2016.
Working as a Realtor for Home & Land Real Estate East, LC, a Company based in Rochester, MI for over 30 years, has allowed me to take the skills I gained in Default and bring them to help better serve my clients. I am dedicated to continual learning and pride myself on being able to utilize the most up to date technology to help you with your home search or sale. I also believe in supporting other Local Businesses and giving back, so a minimum $500 donation is made to Leader Dog with each property I close.
I work for clients both those selling and purchasing properties and my focus is on working with Families. My broker, Debbie Bertram and I treat our clients as Family, often going above and beyond what some agents feel are regular duties. I offer services on Single Family and Multi-Unit Residential Properties as both a Listing and Buyers Agent and can work anywhere in the State of Michigan.
Real Estate East also regularly partners with Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County on projects in an effort to continually give back. In 2017 we are listing properties in Southfield MI owned by the Neighborhood Revitalization initiative (NRI) is a partnership between the Southfield Non-Profit Housing Corporation, Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County and the City of Southfield. The aim of the Initiative is to renew Southfield neighborhoods house by house in an effort to improve and maintain property values for all Southfield residents.

For those Selling Real Estate: When I list your home I offer a reduction in my commission costs if you choose to Donate to Leader Dog directly. Your donation is direct to Leader Dog and is fully Tax deductible as allowed by Law.
For those buying Real Estate: My commission is most often paid by those selling Real Estate, a portion of which will be donated directly to Leader Dog. You can also make an additional donation yourselves in your name, which would be fully Tax deductible as allowed by Law.
Regardless of if I am a acting as a Realtor for the Buyer or Seller of a property, each transaction I close has a minimum $500 donation made.
