Basic Event Information - Saturday, October 28

Free to the Public - No admission fee is charged, so come on out and take part in the most dog friendly event in the region.

Vendor Registration - Vendors can secure table space for $100.  The 10 x 10 space is available for set-up starting at 7 a.m. in the morning.  Teardown is expected to occur after the event closes at 4 p.m.  

Non-Profit Vendors - If you are a non-profit business or organization, your regstration fee is only $10.

Participating Animal Shelters and Animal Rescues - Your fee is free.  If you wish your organization to participate in the Mobile Phone Application, please reach out to Jeff Keener at the Pensacola Humane Society (850-898-3384).  .  

Electrical service is available at the event, but this requires prior notice.  A nominal fee is associated with this service.  Please note this on your vendor application.  .

Vendor Give-aways - As this event is focused on your canine friend, some will have give-away items available on the day of the event.  Please remember, it is the intent of most vendors to acquire new customers for their business.  

Parking on the Day of the Event - A number of parking options exist near Seville Square.

Volunteer Arrival for Set-up - 6 a.m.

Vendor Set-up - 7:00 a.m.

Event Opens to the Public  - 9 a.m.

Contest regisgtration Opens (Morning Session) - 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Contests - 10:30 a.m. to Noon

Contest Registration Opens (Afternoon Session) - 12:00 noon to 2:30 p.m.

Contests - 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
