The Marine Education, Research & Rehabilitation Institute (MERR) is a 501(c)(3) public non-profit organization providing stranding response for marine mammals and sea turtles stranding in Delaware. We also contribute to research, and provide education and outreach programs as a part of our mission toward ocean conservation.
