How to Bid
The Silent Auction takes place entirely online through this website, whether you're attending the event in person or participating remotely.
- Register on this site to participate.
- Browse the available Silent Auction items and services.
- Place your bids once bidding opens.
- Interested in proxy bidding during the live auction? Email developmentoffice@charlemont.org
- Sign up to receive notifications when someone outbids you so you have a chance to bid again!
Please note: There are no Buy Now items. All Silent Auction items are available through competitive bidding and close Saturday, November 7, at 7:00 PM EST.
Our special Live Auction will take place in person during Saturday evening's social, at 7:00 PM.

Childcare Available!
Attending this 21+ event and need someone to watch the younger ones? We've got you covered!
Academy students in grades 10–12 will provide on-site childcare free of charge during the event.
Can't Attend in Person?
You can still be part of the fun! All auction bidding takes place right here on this website, so you can participate from anywhere.

We encourage everyone planning to bid remotely to register in advance. You'll receive an email notification when bidding goes live and alerts whenever someone outbids you.
