I was born with Spina Bifida, but since I got my orthodic braces off when I was twelve, I don't look like I have a disability. This creates a bit of a challenge for me, but also an opportunity. I am more than a woman with a disability. I have dreams, talents, and hobbies just like everyone else. I don't immediately tell people about having SB. I let them get to know me first, so that my disability never takes the spotlight off of who I really am and what I can do.
