Hi my name is Madidie but my family calls me Maddie Rae of Sunshine. Thank you for visiting my page! I am excited to share my journey with Rett Syndrome. I am 5 years old. I was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome on January 5, 2017 when I was 2 1/2 years old.
I am "pre-verbal". I lost the words on my lips when I went through my regression but I am a master of communication. I talke with my eyes and through body language. I understand everything that people say and my family knows how incredibly smart I am.
I am a Make-A-Wish kid! I am going to visit Hershey, Pennsylvania in December this year. I love chocolate, music, lights, the holidays and my family.
