Applied Engineering Safety & Technology (AEST) Facilities and Equipment

A humanoid robotic lab that can service up to 24 students per offering. This cutting edge technology includes vision recognition capability and could become a major component of our new Automation & Intelligent Robotics Engineering Technology Degree program.

This cutting technology is necessary to teach about modern manufacturing processes and could be at the heart of our new Manufacturing Engineering Technology Degree program.

An annex facility where we can teach Construction Technology courses and provide some additional departmental research space for rotating projects.

This workspace will allow students to gain hands-on experiences through Ergonomic and Safety Engineering labs using real equipment in an authentic industrrial envioronment. The goal is to acquiant OSEH students to these environments prior to their internship experiences.
