Angela's House had been helping Sam and Jake since 2008. They went above and beyond for us last year when Samantha was hospitalized and were by our side when she passed away on December 12, 2015.
Last year a lot of our family and friends came out to support AH and our family. Everyone had such a good time! We are asking for even more of you to join us this time around.
