• The center oozes love. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the support and passion like an invisible hug. We need more of this in our communities.
• Everyone's talents can make a difference through Ada Jenkins Center. The abundance of volunteer options, including the ability to create a volunteering opportunity for team building, corporate events, or tough schedules.
• While we can ignore the needs of the community through life in our bubble, Ada Jenkins sees those in need and delivers the services to help people improve their situations. I want to be part of that!

Kiss-Me-Mosa

The poinsettia cocktail is often considered a Christmas treat but since Valentine's Day falls on Sunday this year, we re-branded the pink mimosa, a perfect accompaniment to a romatic brunch. 

How to make the Kiss-Me-Mosa:

Ingredients:

• Prosecco, brut, or bubbly wine of your choice (I like Scout & Cellar brand wines because they have no additives, sugar, or pesticides that can change the taste or give me a headache)
• Cranberry juice (again - higher quality and 100% juice give the purest taste and best result)
• Cointreau (orange liquor)

Instructions:

1. Fill a champagne glass about half full (approx. 3 oz) with prosecco, brut, or bubbly wine
2. Add cranberry juice to taste (I like about 1.5 oz or half the amount of bubbly)
3. Top with a generous splash of Cointreau
4. Serve with brunch or by the fire. Best shared with friends or loved ones.
