2 Sticks of salted butter - room temperature soft
1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 2/3 cup All purpose flour
1 cup sprinkles ( any kind)
Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
You will need a sheet pan lined with parchment paper
with a hand mixer or stand mixer beat softened butter and sugar until completely incorporated
using a rubber spatula scrape down sides of the bowl
Add egg and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated
using a rubber spatula scrape down sides of the bowl
add in flour salt baking soda cocoa and mix until jsut comes together
scoop cookie dough to about the size of a golf ball, either using an ice cream scoop or doing by hand
roll cookie dough into a ball and roll in sprinkles
place sprinkle covered cookie dough about two to three inches apart on parchment paper covered pan
bake at 350 for 7 mins turn pan around in oven and bake for additional 6 mins
let cool on pan or wire rack
enjoy for up to 5 days in air tight container
