Where will the All In Gala be held?
The IWA All In Gala will be held at the Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi University Center in the Anchor Ballroom. When arriving to the campus from Ocean Dr., turn right on Island Blvd. and follow the signs to the University Center through the Jellyfish parking lot. The entrance to our event will be near the circle drive.
How do I participate in the auctions?
To get started, you’ll need to be registered—either as an attendee or an at-home bidder—to receive a bidding number. Once you're registered, you'll locate your email "Your All In Gala Ticket", click on Set Up Bidding, and save a credit card number to your account. Once you do that, you can place bids online via our auction page or by downloading the Givi app.
I think I might be registered already—how do I know if I have a bidder account?
If you know you are attending the gala on March 21, but cannot locate your ticket email, reach out to us by email or phone. Do not create an At-Home Bidder account if you plan on attending. Let us check on your ticket status first to get you properly set up.
What is Max Bidding?
To make bidding even easier, you can set a maximum bid on any auction item from your phone. Here's how it works:
When viewing an item, click the "Max Bid" button. Enter the highest amount you are willing to bid. The system will automatically place incremental bids on your behald up to your maximum, if another guest bids agaisnt you.
You will receive text and/or email notification if another bidder exceeds your maximum, giving you the opportunity to increase your bid if you choose. So keep a close eye on your favorite items!

How will my donations be used?
Funds raised at the event will support Incarnate Word Academy, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and provide the resources and opportunities that ensure all of our students have what they need for unparalleled success in school and in life. Learn more about the IWA fund here.

Where do I park?
Event parking is available at the Jellyfish parking lot, which is directly across from the University Center. For your convenience, we will have a shuttle service running from the parking lot to the entrance of the University Center near the circle drive.
