About This Event

They are the first smile a parent sees. The steady voice a student trusts. The helping hand that turns a moment of need into a moment of care. These are the people who serve as the district’s ambassadors—to students, families, and the entire community.

The Ambassador Awards were created to recognize and celebrate these extraordinary employees—those who consistently demonstrate exemplary performance, dedicated service, and a commitment to creating a culture of outstanding customer service.

This special dinner brings together 250 individuals, including HCISD trustees, district leadership, and outstanding employees and their families to celebrate the difference abassadors make in the lives of families across Hays CISD.

To be included in printings, you must provide us with a *high quality logo no later than April 9th! 
 
Please know that, if you have had a sponsorship sign made by us in the past, we already have a high quality logo on file. 

* A logo is considered "high quality" if it is a PNG or JPQ that is at least 2000 pixels wide or 300 dpi, or a vector file if it is available.
