1-2 children are diagnosed with cancer every week here in Central Virginia, equating to 125 children on active treatment and 400 children in survivorship programs. A child's cancer diagnosis affects the entire family: 50% of all families with a child in treatment will experience severe financial hardship.

As an ASK Ambassador, I am jumping on board with ASK's mission to make life better for children with cancer and their families. I am helping to raise money to provide financial, social, emotional and psycho-social support services to these children and families.
