What to Expect
Join us for a cocktail hour and browse the silent auction items! Make sure to download the Givi app to make your bidding easier (see information below).
Buon Appetito! Butcher Block catering will be filling the buffet tables with an Italian Feast starting at 6PM .
We will have entertainment throughout the evening, including a magician, a live painter, and music performed by NVSO musicians!
The Silent Auction closes at 8:00.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available at the venue.
Attire
Elegant Italian chic--evening attire inspired by the charm and sophistication of Italy.

What are Qgiv and Givi?
Qgiv is an online donation and event registration platform for nonprofits. Qgiv developed the Givi app so organizations could provide one-click giving for their donors right on their mobile devices. When we host our Gala, supporters will use the Givi app to check in, place bids, and make event purchases.
Registration - Purchasing tickets and receiving your QR code ticket.
Check-In - Using your email address to check in to bid in the silent auction, either through the Givi app (recommended) or online. This step is required to participate in the auction.
Registration & Check-In Help
- If you're Registered, you have purchased a ticket and received an email receipt.
- If you're Checked-In, you've clicked Set up Bidding and added your payment method in the Givi app (recommended) or online. This will also allow you to make a donation or participate in the Paddle Raise.
If you purchased one (1) individual ticket:
- You will receive an email with the subject "Your A Night in Tuscany Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com
- Follow the prompts to Check-in to Bid using your Email Address, either with the Givi app (recommended) or online, so that you can pariticipate in the Silent Auction and Paddle Raise at the event!
If you purchased multiple tickets:
- You will receive an email with the subject "Manage Your A Night in Tuscany Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com
- Follow the "View and Manage Tickets" button in this email to take you back to the registration confirmation page
- Scroll down on the registration confirmation page to find the link to "Manage Your Tickets"
- On the "Manage Your Tickets" page, you can enter your guests' emails and click "Send Ticket" to send each person their ticket.
- Each ticket holder (including yourself) will receive an email with the subject "Your A Night in Tuscany Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com
- Follow the prompts to Check-in to Bid using your Email address, either with the Givi app (recommended) or online, so that you can participate in the Silent Auction and Paddle Raise at the event!
