12 yr old Zeus was picked in 2011 and spent 9 years in the North Hempstead Animal Shelter. He had a hard time getting adopted because he wasn't Animal friendly and was agitated and high strungby other dogs there so people shyed away from him. The staff ended up making Zeus kind of a mascot for the shelter but always wanted him to find his forever home. In 2020, his dad came across his ad and knew Zeus needed love and a place he called his own. So he made the 3 hour drive and adopted the little handful. Zeus has been living in the lap of luxury in Schenectady ever since.
