So many wonderful laughs and memories with our fellow board member and friend Yolanda. I am thankful to have known her for three short years. Her life was meaningful to me.

My favorite memory was being asked to be her daughter Destinee’s guest at the Tebow’s Night to Shine Prom last February. We danced so much I couldn’t feel my knees, but Yolanda told me that when the Chic Fil A cow shows up to the party, that I would get ditched on the dance floor. She was right.

I will miss her dearly. To personally honor her and her contribution to CAPK and her love of the Food Bank, I am happy to invite those who knew her to join me in this fundraising effort at a time God made such as this.

With your contribution to my fundraiser, I plan to sponsor a place on the famous Apple Can Wall at the Food Bank where thousands of volunteers, staff, elected officials, and media visitors will see our heartfelt appreciation for Yolanda and her many years of service.
