Event Day

GREETER: Stationed at front door; friendly, energetic; Could be only role then go attend Gala

REGISTRATION: “Behind the scenes” role stationed for the entire event; Sitting; Personable; Comfortable around math; Cannot participate in the silent auction or participate in event as guest. Data entry once silent auction closes. After all have checked-in, we only need to keep three volunteers, one remaining will help close Silent Auction tables and run bid sheets back to Registration tables, and then a different job.
Silent Auction Area

LEADS (Silent, Zones, Volunteer): Problem solvers; Think on their feet; Leadership; Know the games and ticket sales needs of their zone.

PHOTOBOOTH AID: Assist photographer with any needs

SILENT AUCTION LEAD: Lead organization of auction items, bagging, etc., and supervising aids

SILENT AUCTION AID: Monitoring auction; Interacting with guests; Talking up auction items; Fast! After auction closing, pulls sheets for no more bidding; Post auction… during dinner, haul everything into check out area, all hands-on deck quietly.

LIVE AUCTION PROMOTIONS: Build excitement! Make sure people know what’s coming at dinner; Promote items; Talker
