Event Logistics
SET-UP: Assist with set-up of event including auction items, centerpieces, decor, signage, etc.
GREETER: Stationed at front door of hotel to welcome guests and direct them to event ballroom.
PHOTOGRAPHER AID: Assist photographer with any needs. May also help with photo booth and engaging guests.)
REGISTRATION: Greet guests, collect information for check-in process, and provide overview of event activities. After all guests have arrived, help as needed. Once silent auction closes, assist with data entry and check-out.
Silent Auction
SILENT AUCTION LEAD: Lead organizer of auction items including set-up and bidding, etc.
SILENT AUCTION AID: Monitor auction, interact with guests and help with bidding. After silent auction closes, pull bid sheets and secure items.
Live Auction / Paddle Raise
NOTE: These roles are likely to be carried over from above activities.
SPOTTER: Assigned to different sections of the room to alert auctioneer to bids.
RECORDER: Record winning bid numbers.
RUNNER: During the live auction, get signature of winner and run the complete bid sheets to the check-out area.
