Evergreen Woods is hosting a special Optimism Walk of their own to support APDA Connecticut on Friday September 27th at 11:00 am. A non-competitive walk will be available along with movement stations to promote the fitness and skills that are fostered in the weekly Parkinson's Exercise Classes held at Evergreen Woods by Maureen Terwilliger. Donating to this team will support their walk's fundraising goals and show your commitment to supporting the Parkinson's community. All are welcome to join and refreshments will also be available along with the usual fun that can be found at Optimism Walks across the country!
