This month, I am aiming to raise $300, as part of a bigger goal for Apparo to raise $30,000 to empower Charlotte's nonprofits through organization-enhancing technology procedures and equipment. Ultimately, our goal is to enhance the lives of the vulnerable individuals those nonprofits serve, and enable those nonprofits to serve even more in need. 

My Apparo Story:

When I moved to Charlotte two years ago, I quickly fell in love with the city and the fact that it is comprised of individuals who care deeply about their community. As someone with a similar mindset, it was important for me to find a company and the community partners that could help me make my own personal impact in the community.

Apparo embodies what makes Charlotte an incredible community, where individuals invest and empower those around them. Apparo has made it easy to make a lasting impact with multiple non-profits in the area in a short period of time. I can’t wait to see how Apparo continues to help set Charlotte apart and support Charlotte’s entire non-profit ecosystem.

I give to Apparo, both in time and dollars, because Apparo is the best way to improve our community's ability to serve. Think of a cause you're passionate about. Whether it's healthcare, poverty, education, or something else, chances are Apparo has created capacity through organizations working in those areas of need. In fact, every dollar you give to Apparo provides more than $1.60 of services for Charlotte's nonprofits, and Apparo has touched more than 425 of these nonprofits already.
