Thank you for participating in St.Mary’s Annual Art & Spirit Event. All funds raised from our auction are used to support our outreach programs. Artists from Provincetown and Cape Cod have been a part of this parish’s history from our earliest days. The imprint of artists can be found throughout the church.  Their lasting gifts to St. Mary’s inspired us to create Art and Spirit as collaboration between local artists and the church to promote the arts, to help local artists and to fund the mission of this seaside chapel where the land, the sea, and the sacred meet.

One of our core values is our commitment to look beyond ourselves, allocating at least 10% of our parish income to support non-profit organizations that address the homeless, hungry, those with health needs, children and victims of natural disasters along with our Winter Saturday Lunch program that offers a bright spot for great food and fellowship.

Information

Art & Spirit Auction Art Pickup:

Winning bidders may collect their artwork on Sunday, September 8th between 12:30pm and 2:30pm at St. Mary of the Harbor Parish Hall, 517 Commercial St, Provincetown. Anyone needing to make alternative collection arrangements can email the church office to make an alternative arrangement at smothoffice@gmail.com

For Shipping of Art:

Shipping is not included in the purchase price of the art. Please allow 1- 2 weeks for delivery from the time you notify St. Mary’s to release the purchase to the shipper. Contact us at the email address above to release your pieces, we cannot take them to the shipper until we receive your go-ahead. Remember to consider shipping costs for your purchase. Make sure you know the overall size of the piece including the frame. Pieces under glass have greater shipping weight.

Packing and shipping will be handled by an outside agent and arranged for by the purchaser. Art & Spirit will not be responsible for damage or loss once the item has been received by the shipper.

We are using Mailspot Express in Provincetown (508-487-6650). Winning pieces will be hand delivered by us to Mailspot Express. Please note that Mailspot Express is our only local shipper. Thank you for participating in the auction!
