Art You Ready to Mingle?
Welcome to Art Mingle: Online Bid & Give. We’re glad you’re here! This 3rd annual Art Mingle event offers participants the opportunity to purchase fine art, jewelry, one-of-a-kind hand-crafted items, and packages from local merchants from the comfort of home, all to benefit Meadowlark Memory Program.
We’re pleased to announce that this online silent auction, as well as an in-person event considered for 2021, has attracted two sought-after Kansas artists: Zak Barnes and Louis Copt. Each has provided two original paintings for your consideration. Click on either the Auction Items or Auction Item Details button in the navigation bar at the top to see photos of their work as well as 16 other hard-to-resist items.
FREE registration is open NOW. Once registered, download the free Givi bidding app. Bidding begins at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, and runs through 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3.
Follow these easy steps to register and bid:
1. Click the FREE Registration! button above to become a Virtual Bidder and complete the required fields.

3. Enter a method of payment and a mobile number into the Givi app. You’ll receive text messages, such as “You’ve been outbid,” during the auction.
4. Click the menu icon at the far right of Givi’s navigation bar, located at the bottom of your phone's screen, to see “Auction Tips and Tricks” and frequently asked questions.
During the registration process, there’s an opportunity to include a donation for Meadowlark Memory Program. There are also “Donate” buttons on the site for persons who wish to support the Memory Program with or without an auction bid, or see the program’s Fund-A-Need items on the Auction Items page.
With COVID-19 continuing to impact the health of Riley County residents, visitation to the Meadowlark campus is still limited. Winners of auction items will be contacted within 48 hours of the auction closing to arrange local delivery or shipment of your items. Winners are asked to pay any necessary shipping fees.
Meadowlark Memory Program appreciates your interest in Art Mingle 2020, and thanks our event sponsors, the featured artists, and the individuals and businesses who donated auction items. Your generosity is gratefully acknowledged as we strive together to support and encourage persons with cognitive changes.
Thank you for bidding and giving!
