I am an ASK Ambassador and am lending a hand in ASK's mission to make life better for children with cancer and their families. With 1-2 children diagnosed each week here in Central Virginia, I am helping to raise money to provide financial, social, educational and psycho-social support services to these children and families.
At the age of 2 years old I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This was a tough time for my family, however, ASK was there from the start. When I became a survivor ASK continued to be apart of our lives. ASK will always have a special place in my heart and being an ASK Ambassador gives me the opportunity to give back.
