Prizes & Incentives

Read below for the full line-up of prizes, awards and fundraising swag available to individuals and teams fundraising to help provide emotional, educational and financial support to our community's youngest cancer patients and survivors.

Earn Swag

To help get you motivated, we will offer some great incentives for your fundraising efforts to keep you looking stylish from head to toe!

Fundraising swag will be awarded based on an individual's total raised as of Wednesday, May 5th at 11:59pm. If you have donations in-hand that you would like to be considered for your total raise, please email Megan Angstadt at mangstadt@askccf.org or call the ASK office at 804-658-5910.

Incentive prizes will be available for pick-up at the Curbside Packet Pick-up on Friday, May 7th. If you cannot attend the packet pick-up, you may pick up from the ASK office or if you selected mailed registration, we can mail swag with your registration packet. 

If you wish to donate the cost of your incentives back to ASK's mission of making life better for children with cancer, please email Megan at mangstadt@askccf.org.

Top Fundraiser Awards

FUNDRAISING AWARDS
Top fundraising teams and individuals will be recognized on the virtual Facebook Live program on May 8th and on social media announcements.


Top fundraiser awards will be based on team totals as of Wednesday, May 5th at 11:59pm. Prizes can be claimed at the curbside packet pick-up on Friday May 7th.

  • Top Fundraising Team (1st Place)
  • Second Highest Fundraising Team (2nd Place)
  • Third Highest Fundraising Team (3rd Place)
  • Top Three Fundraising Individuals

LARGEST TEAM AWARD
The team with the most registered members will win the Largest Team Award. Call everyone you know as it usually takes A LOT of people to claim this prize!

TEAM SPIRIT AWARD 
The Team Spirit Award will recognize the team that creates the best virtual buzz for the cause based on posts, costumes, team name, t-shirts, props, enthusiasm, songs, chants, etc. Have fun, be creative, and be sure to tag ASK in all of your posts on May 8th. Be sure to follow the ASK Facebook event page for updates and winner announcements!

Team Recognitions

Teams raising $5,000 or more will get a special shout out during the virtual Facebook Live program on May 8th. Based on team donations as of April 30th at 2pm.

Teams raising $2,500 or more will have a team sign featured at the curbside packet pick-up on May 7th and will be recognized on social media. Based on team donations as of April 30th at 2pm.

Teams raising $1,000 or more will be featured on the participant t-shirt. Based on team donations as of April 9th at 2pm.

Teams raising $500 or more will be featured on a Top Teams banner at the curbside packet pick-up on May 7th. Based on team donations as of April 30th at 2pm.
