Volunteers are critical for the success of this event. We need volunteers in every area of the event including -

each of the Zones (Yummy, Safety, VIP, Active, Creative, Quiet)

to help setting up for the day
-
to help with clean-up afterwards
Helpful bits of information -

Multiple shifts for volunteers are available ranging in length from an hour and a half all the way up to seven-hours. Sign-up for as many shift times as you'd like to work.

Volunteers registering for more than three (3) hours will receive a volunteer tee shirt.

We almost always assign volunteers in at least pairs (if not larger groups). If you are registering with someone else, please mention that on your registration form and we will do our best to assign you together!

If you have special needs or restrictions please mention that on your registration form.

When you register, you are registering for a shift time and may not be assigned to the specific "zone" or "position name" that you registered - we may need to place you in an area of greater need.

All volunteers need to be 13 years or older to sign-up to volunteer. Volunteers under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult. This is a great event to get the whole family involved.
7 AM TO 9:30 AM
EVENT SET-UP
(Help unloading/delivering supplies, placing signage, setting up different zones/tents/stations/tables/chairs)
9 AM TO 12:30 PM
REGISTRATION/CHECK IN
(Help check in participants/sponsors, hand out wristbands and T-shirts)
9:30 AM TO 11 AM
GENERAL EVENT/ZONE SUPPORT 1
(Assist in assigned area as directed by event director such as bounce house supervisor, wristband checker at VIP zone, and other ad hoc jobs)
11 AM TO 12:30PM
GENERAL EVENT/ZONE SUPPORT 2
(Assist in assigned area as directed by event director such as bounce house supervisor, wristband checker at VIP zone, and other ad hoc jobs)
12:30 PM TO 2 PM
EVENT TEARDOWN
(Help with taking down tents and stands, and loading up all packed supplies to clear the grounds)
