You can register for the event online by clicking the BELOW  link or by downloading the Givi app. You will be asked to setup your bidding ticket in order to bid on items. This requires a credit card number but you will not be charged unless you win a bid on December 8th. Winners will be automatically billed after 4pm on the 8th.

You can pickup your winning items at the Membership Desk starting the morning of Dec. 9th at 5am. Please pickup all items before the 14th of December.

DISCLAIMER: The Greater Kingsport Family YMCA will do all things possible to ensure your items are complete and nothing is missing. You must check your item before leaving the Y for any inconsitencies however. All items require a valid ID for pickup and any items containing weapons, alcohol, or certificates of monetary value will require a 21 year old or up to retrieve the item.

RUNNING DECEMBER 2 THROUGH 8TH

The Bids for Kids Silent Auction at the Greater Kingsport Family YMCA is a fun filled community event dedicated to supporting families who were affected by the recent floods brought on by Hurricane Helene. Attendees can browse an exciting array of donated items and experiences (all online), placing bids on their favorites throughout the week. Bidders, members and the community can also see the items in person by visiting the YMCA during the week of December 2 through 8. Each bid helps raise crucial funds that directly benefit local families during the holiday season. This engaging event not only fosters community spirit but also ensures that those most affected by the recent devasting weather in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina are supported and feel loved this Christmas. Join the fun by registering today. 

* In years past this auction has benefited our scholarship programs in Afterschool and Summer Camp at the YMCA. This 2024 season we will be shifting focus to helping families affected by Hurricane Helene during the Christmas season.
