When my younger brother Jack was diagnosed type 1 diabetic in 2015, I was so worried. But like with everything else life throws at him (autism), he didn’t let anything stop him from achieving things. The support of Camp Seale Harris has been incredible. The way they helped him adjust and live easier with it that first year, and the bonding connection he found with every camper and counselor, who knows what he’s going through because all of them are also diabetic. It’s the highlight of his summer, and with all of our help, we can ensure Camp Seale Harris will continue helping and connecting kids with diabetes.
