Ramona Convent’s Auction & Gala is going full 80s—big hair, bold glam, and totally tubular generosity.
Our online Silent Auction will be open from April 18–April 25, giving you a whole week to bid like a boss from anywhere. The celebration continues Saturday, April 25, with our live, in-person Gala in The Lakeview Room at Almansor Court—an unforgettable night of neon, nostalgia, and giving back.

This year, we’re celebrating a milestone that’s straight-up iconic: Ramona Convent has been named a STEM School of Excellence by the ITEEA! This prestigious honor is all thanks to our hardworking, innovative, and downright rockstar STEM faculty. We’ll be raising a glass, doing a victory dance, and celebrating the bright future they’re building—because excellence never goes out of style.
Proceeds from the Auction & Gala directly benefit The Ramona Fund, supporting academic and co-curricular programs, technology upgrades, faculty and staff professional development, and the continued care of our beautiful campus.

1) Where's the bid sheet? It's on your phone or computer! This year there aren't any bid sheets out on the table, since this is an online auction all bidding takes place online here. You should be registered on this website with a credit card on file to view all the items and place your bids.
2) What if I don't want a credit card on file? Since we have guests bidding virtually, every bidder is required to have a card on file.
3) How will I know if I've been outbid? You will receive a text message, e-mail, or push notification (depending on what you’ve opted into) informing you that someone has outbid you. Just follow the prompts to bid again.
4) What happens when the auction closes? The online auction closes at 8 pm on April 25th. After the close of the auction you will receive a message letting you know what items you have won and the total due. You will receive a link to pay for your items using the card you have on file. For our bidders at home, if you do not complete payment by 7 days after close of auction, your payment will be automatically completed, including transaction fees. If you are joining us in person and you would prefer to pay by cash or check please see our cashier.
5) How do I pick up what I won? For winning bidders joining us in person- Our volunteers will be ready to start passing out items at 9:30 pm through the end of the event. Please do not try to pick up items before then.
For winning bidders at home- Ramona's Advancement Department will reach out to you the week of April 27th to arrange pick up of your items.
