I have been working with BBBS for almost 4 years, and have been matched with my Little Sister for a year and a half. I have seen firsthand so many lives change because of this program. Youth that have disadvantages can befriend a positive adult and learn valuable skills that can change the trajectory of their life! Research has shown that children only need one positive adult in their lives to be successful in adulthood, and BBBS is a great resource for children without one. I have personally benefited from being matched in the program, and feel so lucky to be a part of my Little's life.
