On March 3, 2019 I am participating in an incredible event called Bowl-2-Benefit to help support victims of domestic violence and I'd like your help. Myself, along with many members of FUEL (learn more at www.fuelthevalley.com) and The Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, will be raising money to bowl in support of The Umbrella Center for Domestic Violence Services. The Umbrella Center is dedicated to increasing awareness of domestic violenece, working for social change and most importantly to empower victims by providing advocacy and safe and effective services.

Don't think you know anyone affected from domestic violence? Well, you might but not know since most cases never get reported. This should put things into perspective... "Nearly 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States. During one year, this adds up to more than 10 million women and men (2018 stat)." That breaks down to 4800 people per day... everyday.
