How do I begin?
To get your tickets and register for the silent auction, click the "Register" tab above. Registration for the in-person event is $100 per person, and registration for the silent auction is free. For more detailed instructions, watch the video below titled "Registering for an Auction on the Web". We kindly ask guests to register by September 9.
When and where is the event being held?
Bundles & Bluegrass will be held from 5:00 - 7:30 PM on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at The Mint Museum Randolph, 2730 Randolph Road, Charlotte, NC.
I bought my tickets / registered for the silent auction. What now?
Before entering the event and auction, you must check-in. We highly recommend downloading the Givi app on your device to streamline check-in, auction bidding, and check-out. See the videos below for detailed instructions on how to check-in on the web and on the Givi app.
How do I bid on items in the silent auction?
Click the "Auction Items" tab above to view and bid on auction items. Silent auction items will be open for bidding starting at noon on September 20, 2022. Live auction items will be open for viewing starting at noon on September 20, 2022.
What happens if it rains?
The event rain date is October 13th.
