Austin Robert Boudreau was born on may 5th 2013 at the Minneapolis Childrens hospital. He was 9 weeks early and weighed 3 lbs 2 oz at birth. Austin was born early but it has not slowed him down! As  his second birthday comes closer, it is a great time to reflect on the crazy adventure that has brought us here. We can not thank the staff of the Childrens hospital enough for how much they have helped our family and our little pumpkin, the NICU and SCN staff were wonderful and were there for us through every set back and celebrated with us through every breakthrough. Austin is the first preemie in either of our families and we had no idea what kinds of things to expect, but the hospital staff helped make the journy a little easier. Austin has kept us on our toes from the start, he is now running, jumping, climbing, yelling and doing all the things a crazy little boy will do and we will always have the Childrens hospital to thank for giving him and us a chance to enjoy his life. He will always be our little miricle baby :)
