Auction – Instructions on How to Start Bidding

For those attending the 4/16 live music event, your email will be linked to a bidding account which will give you the option to bid through this page.

For those not attending the 4/16 live music event, you will be prompted to "purchase" a "Just Bidding" ticket (this is free of charge). This will create a bidding profile for you so that you too may bid in the auction.

This auction is open to the general public, and all items will be on display here and open for bidding from now through 10PM on Thursday, April 16th. 

Auction - Item Shipping & Local Pick Up

Winning bidders attending event may take their item(s) home: All of the online auction items will be physically on display (and biddable) at the April 16th live-music event. If any winning bidders are at this event, they may take their specific auction item with them at the conclusion of the auction (10:00 pm that evening).

Local pick up: If any winning bidders from the general public would like to pick up their auction items, they may do so at Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank's facility (1 N Linden St, Duquesne, PA 15110) by 5/1/2026.

Shipping: Items can be shipped to winning bidders who cannot pick their items up, though auction winners will be asked to cover the shipping cost. 

All winners who are not present at the event will be contacted via email by Friday (4/17) at 10am to arrange pick up or shipping details.
