I'm fundraising for Providence Animal Center because I couldn't image a world where homeless, abused, neglected, and abandoned pets, don't have the resources or the advocates they need to get out of the poor situations that they're placed in at no fault of their own. Without organizations like Providence Animal Center, thousands of pets would never have a chance at the happy, love-filled life that they truly deserve. I've worked here for 7 years now, and have crossed paths with so many pets that have SO much love to give, but nobody to give it to or has never been with anyone that would accept that love. The staff and volunteers treat these pets like their own. They get showered in treats, walks, sleepovers, kisses & hugs. There's nothing the people at this organization wouldn't do to make sure a pet that was dealt horrible cards, make their way to the life they have been wishing for.
