On Saturday, October 26, 2024, we will be wagging our tails along with our team, Penny’s Paws Pawtrol, at the Providence Animal Center’s annual Bark in The Park, walking in memory of Penny, our friends' beloved family member.
Just like Sesame who is a rescue -- Penny, was a 15-year-old pit mix who was a rescue adopted at about 2 years of age. Penny was a true blanket hog in winter, a fashionista in silly glasses, and the ultimate fall-loving doggirl. She adored walks, car rides, and munching on candy corn with her dog dad, Ben. Christmas dress-ups and sneaking table food were her specialties. Penny also loved taking her human siblings to school every morning.
She leaves behind her doggy siblings, Mia and Kipper, who miss her dearly. Let’s celebrate Penny’s quirky, cute spirit together!
