Riley's Story

Riley arrived at PAC in 2017. He came from the South, where he'd been rescued from a hoarding situation. PAC brought Riley to Pennsylvania where he joined our family in July 2017. He was 4 months old.

This year for the 5th Annual Riley Day, we celebrated with iced biscuits that proclaimed Riley's "Good Boy" status.

Riley is an important member of the family. He barks to protect us from deer and herons that he can see from the back yard. He demands to be let under the blankets so he can help keep us warm, even in the summer! He loves walks, especially when they take him to the Schuylkyll River where he can wade by the banks.

We'll always be grateful to PAC for bringing Riley to our family. That's why I'm running the Bark in the Park 5k for the second time. Thank you for helping me support this rescue organization
