Why We Bark on the Beach

We are the dedicated staff of Animal Rescue Rhode Island and we are thrilled to have you Bark with us!

Our pets come from a variety of difficult circumstances. Many arrive from overcrowded southern shelters, while others are from overfull local shelters or surrendered by families unable to keep them. Often, the relinquished pets are older and come from homes where they went without regular medical care.  When they arrive at ARRI, we ensure they receive all the specialized care they need to be healthy and ready for a loving home.

Consistent with our steadfast pledge that no animal will ever be euthanized because of time, space, breed, or humanely treatable condition, we readily incur significant expense to make certain our pets are healthy and ready for a second chance. 

ARRI receives no state or federal funding and relies solely on grants and donations from compassionate individuals/organizations  like you/yours.

Your donation to Bark on the Beach will enable us to save more lives and ensure we can be here to meet the needs of our community.
