By purchasing this vendor space I understand that:
Each vendor will be assigned a 10’ x 10’ space in Community Maritime Park as determined by Pensacola Humane Society. No tents larger than 10’ x 10’ are allowed.
PHS does not provide tents, tables, chairs, electrical cords, or any other supplies to the vendor.
Vendor agrees to leave their space clean with trash thrown away at conclusion of event.
Beginning in 2018, all vendors participating in Pensacola Humane Society Events must provide PHS both a signed vendor agreement and a COI (Certificate of Insurance) with a minimum of $1M in general liability insurance. Pensacola Humane Society must be named as an additional insured party. For specific details on special event general liability coverage, or to inquire regarding obtaining Special Event Liability Insurance, please contact Tina at Underwood Anderson Insurance.
