Liz, Lisa and Andy of the infamous Slow Poke Bikers are riding 50 miles on Sunday June 10 to raise funds for Bikes not Bombs*. 

Donations of any amount will help this wonderful organization*! 

Donate $40 or more by Friday June 8 and you'll be invited to a special Relax and Renew event at a private location on Wednesday June 13 from 7-10pm. This event will feature Gentle Yoga, a Meditative Gong Journey, Mini-Massages, Healthy Snacks and a Hot Tub under the Stars. 

*Bikes not Bombs is a wonderful organization!
They collect used/donated bicycles and ship them to Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean where a bicycle can enable someone to get to school, a job, starting a business or even getting water or groceries for their family. 

Locally, they have local youth programs where urban youth can learn bicycle safety and mechanic skills. They also have a retail bike shop where graduates of the youth programs are employed. All profits from their retail shop go back into their youth and international programs.
