It's pretty simple. Just click on the "Register" header above and follow the prompts. You will be required to provide your credit card number. This is so we can process any items you may win. Now, once you're registered, you will be emailed a QR Code and directed to Qgiv's mobile app Givi. Don't wait to register until the last minute, you'll want plenty of time to hop from item to item.
Where do I bid?
Once you're registered, you'll be using Qgiv's mobile app Givi. This is where you will be able to bid on items. Givi will also let you watch your favorite items as well as let you know when you've been outbid.
When can I start bidding?
Great question. The silent auction opens for viewing and pre-bidding on August 21st to those who have pre-registered. On Saturday, August 29th from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Yes, the morning), we will be living streaming on social media (at Facebook.com/hopeforstlucie) featuring items, answering questions and just having a bizarre time!
Is my data secure?
Your data is highly secure! Both Qgiv and their app Givi are Level 1 PCI compliant, meaning they have the highest level of security as set forth in the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
How will I receive my items?
Most items will be available by appointment for local pick-up and must be picked up before Sept. 8th due to space constraints. Smaller items like gift certificates will be sent via US Mail within one week unless the buyer prefers to pick-up at a scheduled appointment.

As a charity auction, please note that all Sales are Final. The items presented in this auction have been donated. United Against Poverty will do everything possible with preloved items to insure that they are in working order, and that items with specialty names or brands are, to the best of our ability, genuine. We offer no guarantees or warrantees and assume no risk.
